How can you sell car that have been flooded that place been flooded a few times and all the car have had water standing in them tell me how they can even sell them

All this car have been in a flood every time it rain really hard this place is under water how can you sell cars like that dont think that very good business and dont let any of the customer know that they been water standing in the car not very good services and wants to much for cars that have issues
