This was a horrible experience. Also dread seeing their copy and paste comment that they put on every other star review. I will never go back here, and I would never reccomend this place. If you strive for satisfaction maybe hire some nicer people.

The cost and available options for vehicles arent reasonable, even considering that this companys target audience is clearly lowincome lowcredit customers. However, this is in part redeemed by the helpful staff and the warranty available that is inclusive and costeffective.

Unprofessional, arrogant, misleading from the start. I do not recommend anyone going here. Your vehicle will stay in shop more than on the road. Especially a week before payment is due. Hell JD Byrider has better service than these crooks.
