Front desk guy named Daniel, needs better professional customer service skills. So rude

My experience at CarMax has been mixed. When in the store they are great and attentive, but when you are trying to return a call from their business office I sit on hold for minutes with no response. Their hold music and ads are ridiculous and really get on your nerves after waiting so long.

Top notch. Super friendly everybody. Easy paper work. Fair price. We are convinced this is the best experience ever.

What I liked most was the offer I received for my used car. The waits for the initial estimate and then for the dropoff were quite longthe one detraction from an otherwise easy, great experience. I would recommend considering CarMax for selling your car.
